Terms of Service

Pool service billing is based on 48 weeks (4 weeks @ 12 months). This leaves 4 weeks during the year for vacation, sick time, or training. We will always communicate prior to any missed service.

Due to safety and liability requirements, service may be reduced as required (including cancellation) during lightning or bad weather.
